Rental terms

ORDERING

You can order or book a car online.  The car is considered booked only after payment with a credit card or using PayPal system. If the car rental period starts after 20:00, or during weekends and non-working days self-service system will be used. Self-service instructions will be send to Your email address after reserving the car.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

A person willing to rent a car must provide his/her passport, a valid driving licence permitting to drive the selected vehicle and a valid credit or debit card on Your name from which the payment was made. In order to freeze the deposit a credit card is needed. The credit card must be on the name of the person in who’s name the reservation was made. The credit card has to have its characters raised (embossed). No debit/prepaid or any other card is accepted.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DRIVER

A person willing to drive a rented car must have a valid driving licence meeting the international requirements. No driver age limitation, no extra charge for young drivers.

RENT DURATION

The minimum car rent duration is 24 hours. Cars for rent are available 24/7.

BOARD CROSSING

No extra charge for crossing Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland. No kilometrage restrictions. Travelling outside Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland is forbidden and has a charge of 1000 EUR.

CAR COLOR

Car colour may be different from shown in the photos at the web page.

PAYMENT

The client can choose to pay full amount for car rental services during the reservation. The client can pay with VISA or MASTERCARD or via PayPal. On arrival the client should present valid credit card with his/her own name. In case the client returns the car later than it is indicated in the rent contract the client must pay for the extra rent time. The client must inform ADCRent about the delay. The defined sum of the individual liability – deposit of (EUR):

 This amount is being authorized and put on hold but not deducted. The deposit is cancelled within 14 working days from the end of the reservation.

EXTRA DRIVER

The rented car could be driven by other persons than the Renter himself/herself only under ADCRent consent. 

CAR DELIVERY

The price of this service at business hours in Vilnius is 30,00 EUR.

LIABILITY 

The unconditional liability of the Renter, even if he/she is not personally guilty for the damage of the car, its pertinents or equipment, is (EUR):

The car is insured against theft, however, the Renter’s liability is not limited in case he/she fails to return the car keys and/or documents. In case the keys and/or documents are not returned, the Renter must reimburse the damage in full. In case the car keys or documents, and the plate are lost or a tyre is completely damaged, the Renter shall be obligated to pay the fine of 145,00 EUR.

In the event of any damage the Renter can be exempted from his/her liability (except for a malicious intention and negligence) if the Renter obtains SUPER  insurance for an extra fee. The Super insurance covers only damage made to the car. Car keys, documents and car plate number are not the object of the insurance. ROAD ASSIST SERVICE is included in SUPER EASY insurance. ROAD ASSIST SERVICE is not included in SUPER insurance and has to be ordered separately.

ROADSIDE ASSIST SERVICE

Travel with ease and guaranteed help with any issues on the road! ADCRent team will help You out with problems on the road and will also deliver a replacement vehicle so You can continue Your journey freely!

In a case of an accident which prohibits the vehicle from being used any further You will be fully responsible for the following events if You decide to not add this service to your reservation:

  • Damaged vehicle delivery to the renting point.
  • Punctured tire service
  • Vehicle transportation by trawl vehicle
  • Dead battery restoring/replacement 
  • Lost or broken car key service

If a vehicle breaks down due to problems which are protected by car makers warranty then Roadside assist is provided for free.

CAR RETURN

The car should be returned to the ADCRent Office in the time set out in the contract. The return on a different time should be coordinated with the ADCRent beforehand.

MILEAGE AND COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS

There are no mileage restrictions and no country entry restrictions for Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland. Going outside Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia or Poland is strictly forbidden and a fine of 1000 EUR will be issued.

EXTRA INSURANCE

Keep in mind that in case of theft, if the vehicle documents and keys are not returned to the ADCRent this type of insurance is invalid.

All insurance types are invalid and the driver takes the full liability of the total vehicle price, IF:

  • During a traffic accident the rented vehicle was operated by a driver under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
  • During a traffic accident the rented vehicle was operated by a third person (not included into the agreement).

CAR KEYS AND DOCUMENTS DROP OFF OPTION 

Renter can use the following cost-free option, if:

  • the option is booked in advance or at the moment of the vehicle pickup,
  • the payment for the vehicle rent and extra services is settled at the moment of the vehicle pickup,
  • deposit is authorized in the credit card,
  • the vehicle is returned to Vilnius Airport ADCParking.

Renter undertakes:

  • to return the vehicle to ADCParking by the time set in the agreement,
  • to check if the vehicle windows, doors and trunk have been closed,
  • after locking the vehicle to drop the key and vehicle documents into the slot near entrance to the ADCRent office.

ADCRent undertakes:

  • to inspect the vehicle within 24 hours after it has been returned,
  • upon finding any defects or under request of the Renter to inform by e-mail/telephone on the inspection results within 24 hours after the vehicle has been returned.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO SHOW FEE 

The client can cancel the reservation 7 days from the reservation confirmation day, but no later than 48 hours left until the reservation period starts. If the reservation is cancelled after the indicated period, the client won't arrive to the renting point on time that was chosen in the reservation, on those cases there will be a 50 EUR cancellation or not showing up fee. The client can cancel the reservation on the self-service website ( Use login in with Your username and password) or write to email address: info@adcrent.com (You have to mention Your reservation ID).
